DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect all items upon arrival. Any shipping discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an immediate resolution or replacement.
Returns Policy
RMA PROCESS
- Contact support at oemparts@ninesixoneparts.com to request an RMA form with your order details.
- Provide clear photos of the part and its original packaging for initial verification.
- Once approved, securely package the item and include the printed RMA document inside the box.
- Ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked and insured shipping method.
CONDITIONS
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
- All parts must be in uninstalled, original condition with factory seals intact.
- Round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless a fulfillment error occurred.
Warranty Policy
Body Panels & Structural Components
All OEM body panels, lamps, and structural parts are guaranteed to be authentic JDM/domestic specifications. Due to the nature of these items, they are sold 'as-is' with regard to surface finish unless structural defects are present upon arrival.
Mechanical & Engine Components
Mechanical parts are tested for functionality prior to cataloging. We offer a limited startup guarantee on major engine internal components, provided professional installation is documented.
